Refund policy

Hipmodes offers a hassle free 3 day returns window on all product sold on the Hipmodes.com website.

All we ask is that you get in touch with us and we can give you a returns number, so long as the item that you are returning is in it’s original condition complete with any tags that may have been attached and is in an unworn* state then we can either refund the item or exchange it if you require a different size, colour or item.

Whilst very rare, if you receive an item that is faulty, please get in touch and we will deal with any such issues in an escalated manner.

Sale items are unfortunately not eligible for refund, though if the item is in stock then we will be able to exchange the item for you.

*Unworn does not mean that you cannot try it on, though if you remove the tags, leave make up marks or wash the item, other kinds of soiling and dirt through wear or wash the item then we will unfortunately have to reject the return and the item will be returned to you.
